The Groves Neighborhood
The Groves neighborhood is ornamented by Velvet Mesquite trees and Chihuahan Sage shrubs. A greenbelt, full basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, picnic tables, barbecue grills, park benches, a shade ramada are all found in the Groves Park. A children's playground with swingset and spring bouncer are located in a greenbelt nearby. 

The Vineyards Neighborhood
In the Vineyards, Evergreen Elm trees and the Silvery Cassia shrubs adorn the communities. The Vineyards Park spotlights a greenbelt, picnic tables, barbecue grills, park benches and shade ramadas. The Oaks Neighborhood
In the Oaks Neighborhood, the landscaping theme is live oak trees and Desert Ruellia shrubs. The Oaks Park offers a greenbelt, full basketball court, turf volleyball court, picnic tables, barbecue grills, park benches, shade ramada, a playground with a play structure.

The Orchard Neighborhood
The Orchard is planted with Willow Acacia and Outback Cassia. The Orchard Park sports a multi-use turf sports field is highlighted by terraced grassy seating, a shaded overlook and double-curved trellis. This park links a three mile walking loop through five Power Ranch neighborhoods.

The Arbors Neighborhood

Meadow View Neighborhood

The Meadowside Park in the nearby greenbelt contributes a multi use turf sports field, children's play structure, shade ramada with picnic tables, barbeque grill, park benches and horseshoe pits.

The Grange Neighborhood
The Grange Park presents a basketball court, shade ramada, swing set and picnic benches and grassy lawn for neighborhood play. The landscaping is highlighted by Phoenix Mesquite trees and Dwarf Myoporum shrubs.


The Willows Neighborhood
The Willows Park offers a turf sports field, volleyball, play structure with swings and riding toys and a climbing wall. The Knolls Neighborhood 
The Knolls Park delights neighbors with a recreational softball field, shade structure, playground, picnic table, BBQ grill and park bench. Three smaller parks with private pools will be accessible to Knolls sub-association residents.


The Timbers Neighborhood
