American Furniture Warehouse, a Colorado based furniture company has planned their first interstate expansion to be here in our very own Gilbert, Arizona! The warehouse is located at Power Road and Loop 202 where they began construction on a 550,000 square foot store. The new store is supposedly bringing 300 new jobs to the area and is scheduled to open in September, 2013! The location is a part of the Cooley Station Master Planned community, just north of Power Ranch where newly constructed homes are offered in a variety of price points and housing types.
The American Furniture Warehouse has also planned a sister store in the west valley but the company has not yet made specific plans as to the location.
