Power Ranch Bingo Night

Power Ranch has begun hosting a Bingo night beginning June, 14th.  Pizza and soda will be provided at the Barn in Power Ranch from 6:30 until the food runs out.  Bingo will begin at 7:00 and last until 9:00 and cost $3.00 per person to play.  Register with Lisa Capriotti with the Power Ranch Community Association. Power Ranch HOA Purchases YMCA Building

New Addition! Power Ranch Community Association is proud to announce that there has been an addition to the family! The Association is the new owner of the YMCA Building at Power Ranch located at 4546 E. Haven Crest Drive. Currently Power Ranch Community Association has no plans for changes in the building use. The YMCA lease formerly held with Sunbelt Holdings has been assigned to the Power Ranch Community Association. The Association will take time to review community recommendations and that of the Building Use Committee before any changes are made to the building.
