Power Ranch Community Association is proud to announce that there has been an addition to the family! The Association is the new owner of the YMCA Building at Power Ranch located at 4546 E. Haven Crest Drive.
Currently Power Ranch Community Association has no plans for changes in the building use. The YMCA lease formerly held with Sunbelt Holdings has been assigned to the Power Ranch Community Association.
The Association will take time to review community recommendations and that of the Building Use Committee before any changes are made to the building. We anticipate that process taking several months. Thanks for your patience as we grow this opportunity. We look forward to the future of Power Ranch.
